The service
Kiun calculates a BaZi (Four Pillars) chart from a birth date, time and place and offers AI-written interpretations of it. Calculating and saving a chart is free. Interpretations are paid for with credits, called Energy Crystals.
By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Credits and subscription
- Crystal packs are bought once. Purchased crystals do not expire.
- Grandmaster subscription gives 1000 crystals for each month of the subscription. Crystals from the monthly allowance that are not used expire at the end of that month; they do not carry over.
- Free crystals may be granted on sign-up or earned by watching an optional rewarded ad, within the daily limit shown in the app.
- Purchases are made through Google Play. Payment, taxes and receipts are handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- If a purchase is refunded through Google Play, the crystals it granted are taken back, and a refunded subscription ends and its remaining monthly allowance is removed.
- Deleting your account removes unused crystals without compensation.
AI-generated content
Interpretations are generated by an AI model and are not written or reviewed by a person. BaZi is a traditional system of interpretation, not a science. Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not make such decisions on the strength of them.
AI answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. If an answer offends you or seems harmful or misleading, use the Report action on that answer in the app; we review reports manually.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app unlawfully, or try to get around its limits, payments or security;
- abuse rewarded ads or create accounts to collect free crystals repeatedly;
- enter another person's birth details without their agreement;
- attempt to extract the underlying AI prompts or overload the service.
We may restrict or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your account and its deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page. What is erased and what must be kept by law is explained there.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a reading or for interruptions of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change with it, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Write to contact@astrallabs.eu with any question.
