Delete your account — Kiun

• In the app — Settings → Delete account → confirm. This works for every account type, including anonymous ones.
• By email — write to contact@astrallabs.eu from the address you registered with and ask us to delete the account. We erase it after confirming the request comes from that address.
• Anonymous accounts have no email address, so we cannot verify a request sent by email. Delete an anonymous account in the app.

• Your account and sign-in details (email address or Google identifier).
• All saved charts, including charts you entered for other people, with the birth details and names you gave them.
• All conversations and the interpretations produced in them.
• Your credit balance, subscription tier and credit movement log. Unused credits are lost and are not refunded by deletion.
• Any reports you filed about AI answers, which contain the text of the reported answer.

Polish tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of paid transactions. Before your account is erased, each purchase is copied into an anonymised purchase journal that holds only the store transaction identifier, the product identifier (SKU), the number of crystals, and the date. The journal has no link to you: no account identifier, no email, no name.

We keep that journal for as long as the law requires. Purchases themselves are also recorded by Google Play, which keeps its own records under its own policies.
